Abba Zaba

We went to a 70's themed party over the weekend and for the first time I tried Abba Zaba candy and holy dooly the candy Gods hit the jackpot with this one! Seriously probably the BEST tasting candy I've ever had. Just make sure you have proper dental coverage because I'm certain this stuff will pull out a tooth or two.

You know what else I've been snacking on that is quite good? Storck Riesen chocolate candy coupled with a mouthful of butter snaps. Pure bliss.

OMG!!! It's been forever since I've had ABBA ZABA!!! You know what else? Razzles!!! I loved those! I feel like getting in my car right now at 2am for a search!

Abba Zaba is so good. They have a green apple peanut butter one, too, and it's insane. I feel you on the dental work thing. A filling could easily be pulled out eating one of those babies.

Oh no Lizy can you order off the US website??? If you like peanut butter and taffy you MUST try these. I could send you a few but not quite sure how taffy would hold up across the globe!

LL: I sure hope you didn't get in your car in search of these bars at 2am! Not safe!!!

Steph: What's the name of the green apple/peanut butter bar? I've never heard of it and it sounds like it would be good! (tart and sweet)

I've never heard of the Snyder's Butter Snaps. They sound incredible, though! What the hell is the story behind why you would have a Storck Chocolate Reisen and Butter Snaps in your mouth at the same time?! Reisens are also one of my favorites.

What I really want to know is how the hell someone who knows and endulges in the most incredible snack foods on this planet stays so tiny!! I gain 5 pounds every time I read your damn blog!

Chi-town,

It leaves the plumbing network before the disposal system has had a chance to crush & absorb it all. :-)

It's Abba Zaba, too. I think it's called Sour Apple Abba Zaba.

I don't see them around too often, but if you know of any 99 cent stores near you, they always have them there. They're preeeetty good.
