the animals

Are soooo happy Tom is home. (and so am I.)

Wrigley could not stop staring, pawing and licking Tom's face. I wonder if he thinks that he'll never return when he leaves the house.

I finally got Wrigs to turn away and look into the camera.

But that didn't last long...

It's nice to be together as a family if only for one night. I'm leaving in a couple hours and I haven't even started packing. I'm waiting on Tom's suitcase which didn't make his flight to Seattle last night. The airline is supposed to deliver it sometime this morning. Yeah right. I guess I better get my arse in gear and figure out plan B. I'm really excited to go home but I'm also sad to leave my 3 favorite creatures.

Bon Voyage! I hope you have a WONDERFUL time, get TONS of love from your CA peeps, and a hefty dose of SUNSHINE. (Someone should invent a human solar panel, so we can store it up for the winter. Oh, wait; I guess that's what Palm Springs is for.)
Your photos are great. The animals are clearly in love with him. It must feel good, after working hard and crossing so many time zones, to come home to that kind of love & adoration...and to you. He's a lucky guy.
I think I like your hat better than Tom's. We'd better get him one, too.
Love and vaya con Dios!

Awww, I love your boys...ALL of them! Chums is neurotic and adorable with his tape fetish. He is the most unique cat I have ever known. Love him!

Unique is a VERY polite way of putting it! Chum's got so many issues but I do love my little psycho kitty. I'll have to capture more of his quirks on film when I get home. He's obsessed with artificial Christmas tree branches and growls while he chews them. He also licks all the christmas card photos like a psycho. I don't like him to do that because of the chemicals but when I take a photo away he goes ape shit and attacks me.
