..to start a full on cardio routine seconds after eating half a box of these. (Not to mention I haven't done any cardio in over 2 weeks.) My innards are on fire.
6:50pm: It's also not a good idea to start exercising with a belly full of wine. What the f*ck is wrong with me today?

I have turned over a new leaf. I've been going to the gym 3 - 4 times per week for the past couple of weeks. I feel great and it's really helping with the "woe-is-me" shenanigans I was pulling last month.
I will definitely stay away from red hots prior to going to the gym though.
I can't help but laugh. That is something I would do.
i think it works better if you eat the red hots and wash them down with the wine, AS you exercise. prevents indigestion i've always found.
