This morning on the news, the weatherman says, "It's a cold one this morning!" and then they cut to a shot of another reporter outside in a scarf seconding his notion that yes, "it's VERY chilly out here folks! Bundle up before you head outside!" And the temperature at the time was a whopping 52 degrees. Tom and I looked at each other and said, You have GOT to be kidding me. I'm gonna say it, Californians are Pu$$ies. Hate the word but it HAD to be said.

I realized that right after I hit the publish button on the blog. So I stand corrected. I myself am a pu$- ugh I hate that word!! Can't type it again!
I actually love that word. I can say it all day long. I use it in jest, in anger, in mockery, or whenever. Versatile word, that pussy.

Today was the first day I even bothered to BRING a coat with me, and I didn't put it on until 6:00, when I ran in to Jewel, cuz by then, the sun had gone down. I think it's in the 30s right now. Last night, I put up my Christmas lights in a short-sleeved cotton shirt, for Pete's sake!! Man, CA really has made you a kitty! ;-)
52 degrees is a heat wave about this time of year in Minnesota! It's currently 8 degrees by the way....
