All I can say to this is OUCH, OUCH, OUCH, OUCH, OUCH, and OOOOUUUUUCCCHHH!!!!!
On a side note, check out this photo I found online of 3 little porcupine babies. So cute! And probably a lot less painful to birth than 6 humans.
Reminds me of Anne Geddes photography...

Ummm....don't porcupines have prickers on them???? That doesn't sound to pleasant to pop out to me.
OHMIGOD, I get the shivers when I even hypothetically contemplate a child...help me God, I have no idea what I'd do with six. Jeezaloo. May the force be with da mama and da herd.
