For the past couple of days I am definitely having digestive issues, too. The inhaler works and I am breathing a lot better so I need to figure out how to balance this out. I have decided I am OK with making dietary changes and am going to check with my pharmacist about candida fighting pills :)Gussiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12526249104657825936noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37085797.post-40456577955917922982011-10-06T12:34:59.016-07:002011-10-06T12:34:59.016-07:00It's like they're all pre-programmed to ac...It's like they're all pre-programmed to act this way as soon as they become husbands. I would definitely recommend adding probiotics to your daily routine (even if you haven't taken antibiotics, it is good to take them) and if you want to get rid of the over production of yeast you have to eliminate all sugars (that means most carbs too) and alcohol and try to avoid inflammatory foods (gluten, dairy, vinegar, high acids.) AND stay away from peanuts and mushrooms. They both have a high mold content which feeds the yeast. THere are also specific candida fighting pills out there but I would ask your doctor or pharmacist about those before recommending you go that route. I'm sorry you are dealing with this. Do you have digestive issues?Mehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17634228626032377554noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37085797.post-14155999344047304292011-10-05T20:21:27.311-07:002011-10-05T20:21:27.311-07:00I know this is entirely off topic, but I am using ...I know this is entirely off topic, but I am using the inhaler Qvar for bronchial asthma and it has caused me to develop thrush in my mouth and nostrils! (GROSS, I know!) Since you have some experience fighting yeast, I was wondering if you have any advice outside of eating yogurt??Gussiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12526249104657825936noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37085797.post-64536152765231072962011-09-28T06:48:58.848-07:002011-09-28T06:48:58.848-07:00I think Tom handled this rather well.
